The price the calculator shows for your property's details is the one we confirm in writing when we approve your booking. If your town isn't on our list, we confirm any travel fee in writing before the shoot. Extras listed in our Terms are only charged after we tell you. You pay only after your tour has been delivered.
Questions agents ask before booking
Yes — arguably more than for a luxury home. Ordinary apartments are exactly where listings blur together, and a tour makes yours the one buyers actually explore. It also pre-qualifies them: whoever books a viewing afterwards already knows the layout works for them.
About an hour for a typical apartment, longer for large homes or projects — all in one visit. Someone just needs to let us in; we handle the rest.
Within 24 hours of the shoot, every day of the week, weekends and public holidays included. You get a link to your tour plus the edited photos, ready to publish.

If it's on our side — a stitching error, a lighting or exposure problem, a technical fault — tell us after delivery and we'll reshoot once at no charge. It doesn't cover restyling, or a property that has changed since the shoot.
They're our published rates, and there's no sales call. The price for your property is set by the package, the property type and its size, plus any extras, travel and rush delivery you choose. The calculator and the booking form show the exact figure, and we confirm it in writing when we approve your booking — any extra listed in our Terms is only charged after we tell you. You pay after the tour is delivered.
